Shipping and return policies for Secret Keeper

Shipping Info
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Most orders will be shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise stated. You will be provided with a package and/or tracking number for your order upon shipment.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based for International orders. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Return Policy
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund* (this will be waived for orders placed between November 27 - December 25). We'll also pay the return shipping costs and supply you with a shipping label if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return is not the result of our error, we will provide a shipping label, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount (don't worry we'll choose the most cost effective shipping method possible).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

For exchanges, simply send us an email (secretkeeperband@gmail.com) with your order number in the title (or log into your store account), let us know what you would like to exchange, and we will contact you back within 48 hours. We will pay for the return shipping cost/supply you with a shipping label for your return if the exchange is a result of our error, but we will ask that you please pay for the shipping** to ship your exchanged item to you (as an independent band, we don't get any cost breaks for our shipping so we greatly appreciate your understanding and support). Once we receive your returned item, we will send you an invoice for the shipping cost and ship your items out as soon as we receive the payment!



*Refunds may be subject to a small transaction fee by Paypal. Additionally, returns not resulting from an error on our part will have the return shipping cost deducted from the refund amount.
**International exchanges will be subject to a higher shipping cost, but may vary depending on the country. International exchanges may also be asked to cover return shipping with the shipping of the exchange item covered by us.
